Why am I doing this?

I saw this in the sunshine this morning and was reminded that although I missed this view the last two years it was still here to be seen.

It lso reminded me of the following parable

Mark Chapter 4

²⁶ He also said, ‘This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground. ²⁷ Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how. ²⁸ All by itself the soil produces corn – first the stalk, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear. ²⁹ As soon as the corn is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come.’

It struck me that it was a thought worth sharing and prompted me to try to create a blog as a way for sharing thoughts. Not sure how it will work out, how easy it is or how often I may use it but here goes
